Please have the performance area well lit. Also, don’t place Sparkles in front of a window as the audience will be looking into bright light and Sparkles will be silhouetted. (Disregard this, of course, if you have drapes, shutters or blinds that will block the light!)

An ideal amount of floor space for Sparkles’ show and room for the audience is approximately 10 feet by 20 feet. If we are indoors, please remove coffee tables and delicate items.

Please minimize distractions during the show: Turn the music and television off. (Sparkles plays clown music on her CD player.) Ask the adults to converse in another room, if possible, or lower their voices. Unplug any jumpy house.

Please give food and beverages to the children before or after the performance -- not during. It is hard for them to hold on to these items while laughing, jumping out of their seats and coming onto the stage to volunteer.

There will be lots of photo opportunities during the show! Ask your guests to bring their cameras, as you can’t be hosting the party and easily snapping those precious moments.

Pets can be traumatized by the intrusion into their space. Please secure them away from the noise and confusion that is inevitable with parties.

Please reserve a parking space close by so Sparkles won’t have to transport all her equipment very far. Assistance unloading and loading is always appreciated!
