Charges for a birthday party are determined by the destination.

There is a 2-hour minimum in Antioch, Banta, Brentwood, Byron, Discovery Bay, Dublin, Livermore, Lodi, Manteca, Modesto, Mountain House, Oakley, Patterson, Pleasanton, Ripon, Salida, Stockton, and Tracy. These locations are in the $275 to $325 range for the 2 hours.

There is 2.5-hour minimum at the following locations: Sacramento, Oakland, San Francisco, Fremont, San Jose, etc.  Rates vary.

Corporate Events, Grand Openings, School Events, Church Activities, Company Picnics, Holiday Parties, etc., are calculated differently by number of attendees, location, number of hours and specific dates.

Deposit

A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Sparkles will determine how much the deposit will be when you book the event. Please go to the “Contact Sparkles” page of this website for the address and other specifics.

Please note that your deposit is not refundable, because Sparkles has held your date for you and turned away business. If you cancel the event 14 days or fewer before the date, the entire amount of the deposit is forfeited. If there is a cancellation 15 days or more before the event, the deposit will be applied to a future event.   Extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.
 

The balance is due on the day of your event in cash, check or money order made payable to Sparkles the Clown or Miss Sparkles Delight.
